Bringing analytical depth to complex business problems
Leveraging tools from philosophy, cognitive science and AI, I survey the whole picture, then tell you plainly what's actually worth your attention.
Built around one belief: important decisions deserve proper thought.
I believe that everybody deserves to be working from the right map.
A decade in enterprise — Flight Centre, Optus, Viking, and more — taught me how complex organisations actually work. A philosophy degree with a high-distinction average taught me how to critically analyse the assumptions behind them. Specialist training in cognitive science gave me a framework for understanding how people, ideas and systems get stuck.
I kept noticing the same pattern: capable people, excelling at their primary craft, operating without the right map. The advice they got was either too generic or too complicated. AI made information abundant but didn't make judgment any easier. I developed Rose Advisory to offer what I believe each passionate business leader deserves — rigorous thinking, clear explanation, and a trusted answer when the stakes are real.

What I value.
Clarity over noise
The goal is not more information. It's the right understanding.
Rigour over speed
Some things deserve slow, careful thought. I take the time to get it right.
Understanding over deliverables
A beautiful report means nothing if you don't trust the answer. I aim for genuine comprehension.
Independence over dependency
The goal is to leave you stronger, not reliant on me.
Philosophy
I don't believe that generic frameworks are the answer. I believe in understanding your exact situation — and investigating the ideal path forward.
Every problem worth solving is specific. My job is to see it clearly, research it properly, and explain it in terms you can trust and act on.
